Communication Preferences

AFG advises that shareholders have a right to elect to receive documents relating to their shareholding - such as dividend statements, the AGM Notice of Meeting and the Annual Report - electronically, or in physical paper copy, or not at all (in relation to the Annual Report only).
To do this, simply go to AFG’s Registry at Link Investor CentreOpens in new window , log in to your account and follow the prompts to update your preferences. You can also contact Link Market Services at:

Phone - +61 1300 554 474 8:30am to 7:30pm (Sydney time) - Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
Fax - +61 2 9287 0303
Email - registrars@linkmarketservices.com.au
Post - Locked Bag A14, Sydney South NSW 1235

Following the passing of the Corporations Amendment (Meetings and Documents) Act 2022 in February 2022, AFG will now issue notices of AGMs and general meetings electronically where a shareholder has provided a valid email address or has not made any election, unless the shareholder has elected to receive a paper copy of these documents.

We encourage shareholders to update their election details online via the link above as shareholders will need to opt back in to receive AGM material in hard copy if they wish to receive paper copies. Alternatively, if you currently receive paper copies of notices of meeting or other shareholder materials and would prefer to receive them electronically, you can also update your preferences using the same process.
